We offer worldwide shipping from our online store. All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in the United Kingdom.

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Europe: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Rest of World: Express Shipping (5-10 business days)

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or carrier delays. Any import duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for all unused and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Initiate your return by visiting our returns portal at redefiningsports.com.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate your returns authorization and shipping label.
  3. Securely package the unused items in their original packaging.
  4. Attach the provided label and drop your package at the designated carrier location.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Sale items and gifted items are eligible for store credit only.

Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
